Not possible to change cover image for references

Description

In the comments of #814 we decided that:

  • references have a cover image, user can change the cover image
  • although references have a cover image, they will not be displayed under "Featured content"

Currently it is not possible to change cover image for references. Add a link "Change cover image..." to the actions portlet under the cover image.
