We have a mess with allowed tags in Kupu.

Currently we display the following list of allowed tags: "Allowed tags: strong, b, p, li, ul, ol, a, h2, pre, code"

I was testing all possibilities of Kupu and these tags are really in use: <h2>, <p>, <br />, <pre>, <ul>, <ol>, <li>, <a>, <i>, <b>

HTML 4.01 specification suggests to use <code> for program code, <em> instead of <i> and <strong> instead of <b>. To enable people to write semantically meaningful HTML we have also allowed these tags (<code>, <em>, <strong>).

All other HTML tags should be disabled.

Unfortunately it is possible to write some additional tags that will result ugly-looking learning resources. I will collect all those defects under that ticket:
