New stories don't get shown on the front page

Description

When a collection is made into a valid story, it doesn't get shown on the front page, because the getGoodStory index in the catalog isn't updated. Make sure that if any of the properties that affect a story being a "good story" (having a description, and all three resource types) are changed, the catalog for getGoodStory gets updated.
