Installing toolbox

First admin downloads a copy of toolbox, starts "setup.exe" and installation script then installs Zope, python and python libraries if needed. Next thing to do is start Zope and point browser to freshly installed toolbox. Admin may want to register it's toolbox installation so that other toolbox installations could perform searches from it's server? System admin then creates an account for toolbox admin who can then administer this toolbox instance.
