Redesign of footer

Currently our footer has information that is more interesting for geeks than for teachers:

• GNU GPL license
• Valid XHTML and CSS (actually it isnt't valid -- #1229)

I was comparing the footer of various social software environments and typically they have the following links in the footer:

• About
• Blog
• Terms of Use
• Privacy Policy
• Copyright Policy
• FAQ
• Help
• Invite friends - http://www.slideshare.net/invite
• Feedback / Report a problem - http://www.slideshare.net/feedback
• RSS feed for this page

I think that in LeMill we should have following links in the footer:

• FAQ
• Copyright Policy
• Feedback / Report a problem
• Development site
• RSS feed for this page

I have made two prototypes. Which one do you prefer?

The first one seems better for me.

Tarmo said that we must also include Privacy Policy, because it is required by the law in several countries (incl. Finland).

I would put "Privacy Policy" link between "FAQ" and "Copyright Policy".

I Think we need also About text, just stating again what LeMill is and who are the people behind it. The about multimedia page is here:

Teemu and I vote for the second prototype, that doesn't have text about GPL license.
