An anonymous user loads the front page. He wants to quickly find out what the system does. The about/tour link shows him in a few pages what the system provides. The tour could be a simple Flash movie with voice over.

This is not needed right now, but when the UI is fixed and the site launched. Hans will you do this by using some "screen recorder software".
