Adding material (content) to the ToolBox

Registered user can add material (content) to the Tool Box. First she chooses what kind of content her material is. It can be:
* A signle file (e.g. PDF) or archive of several files (package)
* A combination of pieces brought to the Tool Box
If the material is a single file she will use a web form to add it to the Tool Box. The fields in the form are:
* [upload] upload
* Title: [text field]
* Description: [text area]
* Tags
* Topic (theme, subject areas that are ready-defined)
If she will add a material by combining it from the existing pieces in the Tool Box she will get a form with several "templates" for adding the content in a single web page. The template contains areas in a page where she may add text clips, picture clips, vide clips and audio clips.
She may search suitable clips from the Tool Box or add them in there (and the Tool Box database) right in place by using the <a href="http://goedel.uiah.fi/projects/calibrate/ticket/124">adding pieces</a> web forms.
