User rights are messed up after LeMill-Toolbox merge:

• http://lemill.net/tools/mathcast was created in LeMill by http://lemill.net/community/Hans
• http://lemill.net/tools/copy_of_mathcast was created in Toolbox by http://lemill.net/community/hanspoldoja (originally named also "MathCast?")
• after the merge http://lemill.net/community/Hans doesn't have first author rights for http://lemill.net/tools/mathcast (the resource he created)
• after the merge http://lemill.net/community/hanspoldoja doesn't have first author rights for http://lemill.net/tools/copy_of_mathcast (the resource he created)
• after the merge http://lemill.net/community/hanspoldoja has first author rights to http://lemill.net/tools/mathcast (the resource he has never even edited)

There is exactly the same problem with http://lemill.net/tools/viko and http://lemill.net/tools/copy_of_viko

Let's keep this waiting until we find a general pattern behind these. Then we can create a script to fix them.
