When viewing LeMill.net in estonian the translation is incomplete on page http://lemill.net/content/subject_area?getSubject_area=Economics

I suppose the first case is because Translation is incomplete.

The second one will get there if some translation in the .po file is marked as "fuzzy". As soon as all these "fuzzy" things will be cleared out translations will be there.

(In [1845]) References #1443, dealt with fuxxy stuff, translation still needs to be finished

I updated the Estonian translation yesterday. Should be fixed now.
