People tab
Continues to ticket #142
People will be the starting page of Toolbox. When user opens the Toolbox he can read latest news, get overview of active communities and see list of project proposals.
User can browse among other users by defining field of interest (subject or pedagogical output) and clicking on geographical map (like Geolocator). After clicking map will be zoomed and users photos are presented. Photos are links to additional information. Hopefully geographical map interface will be soon overcrowded and will be closed :o)
It contains also functionalities to find people by name, language or other information (probably it's wise to include this functionality to Search tab, but the result can be presented in People tab). There should be also tools for communication. Perhaps forums for different subjects and pedagogical topics.
