Creating Annotation and Rating
User can click on annotation number. Annotations view page will be presented. On Annotation page user can click on Add annotation link and annotation creation page will be presented.

Annotation page has 3 fields:
- Annotation text - pure text without formatting.
- Rate – 5 radio buttons in scale -2; -1; 0; 1; 2.
- Private – check box for creating annotation, that is visible only for author of rated item.
Date and author of annotation will be stored automatically.
