Creating a project

Teacher wants to develop a set of learning objects on the same topic. She is sure that there are other teachers who are teaching the same subject and willing to collaborate with him. Teacher creates a new project. She has to fill up a form about the project: title, description of the learning objects that need to be developed, subject(s), tags that help to find the project, resources (digital photos, sound files ) and skills (graphical designer, translator) that are needed in the project. After filling up the form the project will be visible in the list of projects.

The project can be open for everybody, but the owner can also decide which user (or group of user) can join to it.
