This surely looks like a strange content. Trying to save it returns Assertion Error. Plus it sure looks like some some translation attempt gone bad. In addition - that one is not connected to the original.

Will not fix this single case. As we are dealing with a bad resource anyway - I propose following solution: delete this bad resource. Close the ticket.
