Displaying content with same tag from different sections

Description

Currently we have no way to display ALL resources with same tag on the same page:

We should have one URL http://lemill.net/tags/leapweek where we display: 

<h1>Content</h1>
...

<h1>Methods</h1>
...

<h1>Tools</h1>
...

<h1>Community</h1>
...

with tag leapweek. This page should have green section color.
