Viewing of Tools
On Tools page user can see categories of educational content free applications. For example

When user clicks on category name of tools the list of tools will be presented. For example

After clicking on tools name user can see list of alternative applications and links to application download or hosted service page. For example

Behind of the list of selected tool there should be a short explanation of tool.
When user clicks on specific tool name, he can see longer description of that tool. For Example

User can click on URL of tool and go to the external download page or to the external service host page. Clicking on describer name user can read information about person who pointed out that tool. By clicking annotation number or link user can read comments and see rating grades or create his own comment. By clicking popularity icon or on stories link, user can see cases where that tool is used.
