Non'working Plone pages should be jsut set empty so that there would not be any errors raised

Description

Here will be submitted places that raise errors (due to our catalog cleanup). We need to let these pages only contain some message about that feature not being supported and have a link to portal root or something.

These places are not referenced from our code - so these will mainly be called out by spybots or something.

(In [2662]) References #1699, plone author page will be giving errors to logged in user, substituted it with a python redirection script to community page

Well, there should not be more problematic places. Closing the ticket, if any more cases show up - will just deal with them as they come.
