Learning resource becomes draft when it's translation is deleted

Description

I found http://lemill.net/content/what-is-a-learning-object/view and noticed that it has a translation in Estonian. When I looked at the Estonian translation ( http://lemill.net/content/multimediamaterial-1681998164/ ), then I saw that it was in English and no text was translated. I logged in with my reviewer account and deleted the Estonian translation.

After that I noticed that the original resource http://lemill.net/content/what-is-a-learning-object/view did not have a cover image anymore and it is in draft status. I am sure that the original was published because I noticed it under "Featured content" and it had a cover image.
