First author is not displayed correctly

Description

For some resources first author is not displayed correctly. The following resource is created by Katrin Saks, not by me. This is extremely serious defect: ​http://lemill.net/content/exercises/british-newspapers-listening-comprehension/view

I am afraid that we have more resources like this. In which situation the first author will change? How to find these resources and restore original authors???

Looks like that's based on you being the author of the first revision. So we need to check what's actually stored in the history, and whether or not the ownership of the resource has changed as well.

(In [2996]) Fixed #1883, added two management scripts to remove unnecessary history entries or to reauthor them.
