Link to add learning story to a collection is incorrect

Description

The link that is shown at the end of your own collection view page (which doesn't have a story) has the following text chapter: 

You have not written a story about this collection yet. If you have used these resources in a learning session you can share your experiences by writing a teaching and learning story.

The last words should be a link to the collection's edit page, but the link is incorrect.
