Aliases for resources

Many resources (especially Activities) in Toolbox can be known by many names, and can have variations. These different variations should be linked together, so that each variation has links to other variations.

When a user spots two resources that are nearly identical, he should be able to make a connection between them. This connection could be done as a Story, or as something more simple.
