Adding "Presentation" to the Content section

User can easlily upoload her presentation slides as .jpg files to the system and add either a transcript of the talk as a text or MP3 -file with a recording of the talk. Then she may attach the text/MP3 to the page that is displaying all the jpg-files. One presentation, one page.

To "teach" people how to use the Toolbox this way we may need a "add a presentation wizard" that is giving "step by step" guidance of how to prepare the material for uploading to Toolbox and how to add once presentation to the system.

If we have all slides of the presentation in one page it will take quite long time to load. I tried to export my latest presentation to JPEG images: 51 slides resulted 5,5 MB. The teachers will probably have less slides, but 2...3 MB for a page is still too much. Internet Explorer will freeze on slower machines :)

It is also possible to record voice online with some Flash application. If Flashmeeting can do it, we can also do it. I am afraid in many cases teachers will not choose the right compression for their recording. With online recording we can prevent these problems. Of course uploading mp3 should be also possible -- if they preffer to record audio offline and edit it themself, then they probably know about bitrate, sample rate, mono/stereo, etc.

The slides should be automatically scallled with PIL to something like 480 X 360. This way the size of the image - even if containing all the slides will not be that big. Each image should also be a link to the slide in an original size.

My use case in here was to provide for those users who have done a live presentation somewhere a possibility to share it wiith people online. The point is not that someone will give the same presentation again live somewhere with the sldies found from thhe Toolbox, but to provide for other teachers ideas so that they can make their own presentations.

This means that this is not designed for people to show the slides from the Toolbox in some other live event, but to have a look of them in most cases individually. Of course people may use them different ways, but this is the primary purpose of this. The presentation should also have a "permalink" so you may then point into it in your own blog entry, for instance. This way one may also use the slides/presentation inside a VLE, as a "Course Context" or so.
