Joining the project

User finds an interesting project in Toolbox. She views the information page of the project and the first learning objects developed in the project. There is a link to join the project. User follows the link and writes a short explanation, why she wants to join the project. The request is shown to the owner(s) of the project in a portlet and they will give authoring rights to the user.

How should joining work? Do peopleb join or are they invited? Or both? If people join, should their joining be approved by someone in the project, or not? If yes, then whom?

When project is created project manager (creator) can specify, how other user can to join with project. He can select from list:

1. Open (anyone can join)
2. Restricted (you approve all requests for membership)
3. Closed (only invited members can join)
