Description

Users can write endorsments to other users. The endorsment is a free text entry, which is checked and approved by the recipient. Accepted endorsments are shown in the users's info page. Rejected endorsments are hidden (shown only to the recipient). The recipient can later on also hide and reshow endorsments. The same user can give several endorsments to one user.
