Description

(story #265) Create the form for step 1 of #265, where user chooses an appropriate template for his content. At first we only have a text template (see #276). Other templates will later be created and they should appear on this form when they're ready (meaning: read the list of templates from a suitable list variable). After selection, user is sent to the edit form of the content object.
