or something like that to general content view templates that should contain all of the activities, versions etc. For now the portion will contain the title of object and it's 'cover image'.

We decided with Hans that this action area will be implemented as a portlet. Hans will do the static portlet. We'll need to wrap the portlets inside an if clause so that they're only displayed in proper contexts (actions shown while viewing a resource and creation of new resources shown only when not viewing a resource, for example).
