Add buttons to content action views

Description

(story #55) Take page from enchancement ticket #281 and create following links and buttons. If the functionality doesn't exist yet let the link point to some dummy page.

takes to a printable version of content
fullscreen view(link)
takes to a view that gets rid of all of the LeMill-thingies
history(link)
shows the edit history of object
modify (button)
edit this page
publish (button, if draft and not piece)
publishes content
add to my collection (button)
adds item to some collection (story #264)
translate (button, if published and not piece)
makes a copy for translations
translations (list of links, if published and not piece)
separate ticket - leave blank
copy and edit (button, if published and not piece)
makes a copy for versioning
other versions (list of links if published and not piece)
separate ticket - leave blank
assign editorship (button, if user is first editor)
gives 'first editor'-status to second editor
delete (button, if user is first editor)
deletes object

Balazs, Hans is doing #281 today (which is kind of required before you can finish this ticket). So wait until he's finished with defining the tags and styles to be used, then you can to the buttons.

Yes, i understand this, today i want to get familiar with these functions, plone is still quite strange for me.

You can continue now from HTML portlet that I just commited. I think we should have links, not buttons. With so many buttons it would look too scary for the teachers...

Links will be fine, but i had an other problem. I can see your portlet inside toolbox nowhere. I readded the whole toolbox site, and its still hidden for me. Im looked after the portlet thingies and realized, that they added automatically by the portlets_fetcher macro, isnt they? Now im struct with my work, coz i cant use the new portlet.

After spending two days for figure out how these portlet thingies works i must admit that i can't handle this ticket. Perhaps somebody else can make any usefull with this, i can't. Sorry.
