Description

(story #64) The search results page should show before any results:

  • the form elements with the search criteria that have been used (so changing the search is easy)
  • link to advanced search
  • link to portal search (if the Portal mode is enabled)

If there is no search term, then no results should be displayed (by default, everything is shown).

what is portal search, how can i get if it is enabled or not, and what is the url of this service to make the desired link

Portal search is just a link to the LRE portal. You can define your own configuration variable into config.py that says whether or not it is enabled. We don't know the URI yet, so just make a link to "TODO". Or you can ask Sylvia about the link URI.
