Description

If a user joins the LeMill he can't browse the contents by draft or published state because a security error occurs: You do not have sufficient privileges to view this page. Error log gives this: Unauthorized: You are not allowed to access 'getSortCriterion' in this context

(In [184]) Fixed #302, spent 5h. Created LeMillTool? for miscallenous utility methods, added a little icon for our tools (our visual talents are welcome to replace it), added installation for ToolboxUserTool? too.
