Making a minor edit to the material

In every resource that can be collaboratively edited (learning resources, methods, tools) we should have a checkbox "This is a minor edit" just above the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons. This checkbox should be shown only to those users who are not already authors of that resource.

For learning resources (Web pages, Presentations, Exercises, PILOT's) it should be displayed only on the second page where the metadata is displayed (About page): http://lemill.org/trac/attachment/ticket/335/learning_resource_about_page_minor_edit.png

We should not add the name of the user who made minor edit to the byline, but we should show the name in the history page.

I found an easier way how we can implement minor fix functionality. In every form that can be collaboratively edited we could have a checkboc "This is a minor fix" just above the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons. This checkbox should be shown only to those users who are not already authors of that resource.

We should not add the name of the user who made minor fix to byline, but we should show the name in the history page.

There are many situations when somebody would like to correct some small mistake, but doesn't want't to become an author. For example here http://lemill.net/content/materjaliopetus all the headers are done with <pre>. I would like to replace <pre> tags with <h2> tags, but I do not want to be listed as an author.
