Showing tag word as links in all activities and tools content

This is just an idea - something we may try out at some point:

When the content of an activity / a tool contains some words that are listed in our tags, these words are automatically made link-words that are pointing to the tag-browse result page. When editing the activity / tool content the tag words are shown with some mark-up (e.g. <tag>this is a tag</tag> an user may remove them if she wants.
