Description

User should be able to browse results by multiple categories. Browsing just by one category at a time is good for exploring the system but not very effective for finding the desired content.

A scenario: teacher wants to find a simulation of chemical experiment with magnesium. She has 5 ways to browse the content (tags, language, subject, learning resource type, age). At first she will browse by the subject (chemistry) and get 2800 results, then she will browse by the learning resource type (simulation) and get 180 results. Now she has only 3 ways to browse among the results (tags, language, age). She is going to browse by tags, finds magnesium and cliks on that tag. The number of results is now narrowed down to 12 simulations with magnesium. She looks at the titles and finds the simulation she was looking for.

Sounds ok, should the additional criteria be shown at the beginning of the results page? How?
