Description (last modified by hans) (diff)

If it is not possible to use thumbnail as a cover image (#314), then the system will create default cover image that has following components:

  • 160x90 pixel area which is used for an icon that is showing the type of the resource. We need a seperate icon also for each template. Background color should be lighter than the section color.
  • 160x30 pixel area which is used for the title of the resource. The text should be center aligned both horisontally and vertically. The font should be small and readable sans serif type font (Arial). It should be possible to break the long titles so, that they will take two rows. Font color is white and background color is section color.

Future improvements:

  • user can use a photo in place of 160x90 px default icon

Actually this is a bad idea... shoot me.

We already display the title of the resource under the cover image, so it is not a good idea to duplicate this information.
