Possibility to disable video pieces

Description

Plone admin can disable video pieces if required server-side software (ffmpeg) is not installed. There is a checkbox Disable video pieces in LeMill Configuration page (#472).

When video pieces are disabled, then:

  • Video file types are not displayed as allowed file types in piece upload form
  • Video files are not in whitelist and uploaded video files will be rejected

This way LeMill can be used on Windows and Mac with a limited functionality but without buggy behaviour.
