When viewing a course, content module, asset, or template, the user can click "rate" to give a rating to it. The rating is given on scale 1-5, and a mandatory text field is used for justifying the rating. The rating is stored in the system that contains the object.

Should ratings be merged with the Stories somehow? Or maybe forget entirely? We can measure content popularity directly, without having people rate content.
