Double messages

Description

Some actions cause two alerts (Joining groups, creating groups) , and most of the 'Your content's status has been modified.'-messages are a bit misleading as whe have this special meaning for Content. Get rid of these status things.

(In [514]) Fixed #547, spent 1h. When calling content_status_modify you can use argument msg='silent' to make status change without message or put own message to msg.
