Making links to content to use it in VLE

Description

For each piece of learning content there is a human redable URL to which users can make links (permalink). The permalink is shown within the content and there is an explanation on how to copy it and use in your own course.

Having nice permalink URLs is difficult - doing ugly permalinks is easy, but having them based on the title is problematic, since the title can be edited. Either the url should change according to the title (in which case it's not a permanlink) or stay the same, in which case it is no longer a nice url. This estimate is a worst-case estimate.

One solution proposed by Teemu is to disable title editing - you can only change the title if you translate, copy&branch, or otherwise make a new object. When editing an existing object, the title stays the same.

I think it should be possible to rename resources. It is especially important for Pieces because people might put wrong title to their photo (animals, birds, plants, places, ...).

For example this Piece should be renamed to Mute Swan: http://lemill.net/content/swan

I suggest that we should do permalinks in Wikipedia way (look at the example):
